Feridhoo is one of the inhabited islands of Ari Atoll, located on its eastern fringe. The island is 1.125 km long and 0.575 km wide and is 87.96 km (55 mi; 47 nmi) west of the country's capital, Malé City. Embraced with powdery soft sands and turquoise waters, Feridhoo is an idyllic inhabited island for unforgettable beach experience in the Maldives. It is home to a population of about 800 people. Although the local language is Dhivehi, many can also speak in English. The island has 04 hotels, 02 restaurants, 01 diving center, 04 local shops, and 02 domestic transfer operators.
